"I recently picked up the Vinsguir Ab Roller to get back into core training, and I have to say, it’s a serious bit of kit. I’m 73 and haven't used one of these in decades, so I was a bit apprehensive, but it’s been a great challenge. The build is exceptionally sturdy and handles my weight without any wobble. It comes with a knee pad which is a nice touch, though it’s a bit on the small side—you’ll need to keep your knees tucked close together. Overall, for the price and the quality, I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to test their strength, regardless of age!"

One of the cheapest options on here. The design is nice, i like how its not 100% plastic. The two side pieces that hold it together seem to snap off easily if you apply too much pressure so id be careful. I dont have too much experience with ab rollers but I notice w this one the wheel can either be centered, or go left or right... not sure if it should be like that but overall it does its job. Abs are definitely sore

The product works really well, but the reason I’m giving it a three star is the fact that one of the handles couldn’t fit all the way onto the bar because there is a piece of plastic that wasn’t trimmed off inside of it and was stopping the bar from going all the way into the handle, soI had to get a knife and manually trim off the piece of plastic, after 20 minutes of trying to get the bar on so it really just wasted a lot of time and could’ve been easier if the plastic in the handle was fully trimmed like it’s supposed to be.

Use it 3 times a week. Works great. It’s a process be patient

Easy to put together, came with knee pad and instructions for various exercises. Only thing that sucks is to actually use it -- def felt it in my core.

Easy quick set up. Light weight. Small enough to store in coat closet nearby living room to use each day. Rolls easy and stable. Knee pad cushions knees fine.I use this every morning watching my morning show. Started with 3 sets of 15 rolls. The first time after use I woke up with sore under arms, sore under breasts and upper stomach, sore lower back, arms and shoulders, sore under butt. (I think it lifted my butt muscles after a few uses!) I got out of bed wondering why I was so dang sore. After getting up and about it dawned on me it was this exercise wheel I used the day before. I am a fan of this roller. I initially bought because my son’s GF has one and she is tiny and very fit. Highly recommend.

I gave this ab roller 5 stars because it's a very good product for its price point and does exactly what it's supposed to. It's well-made and the extra-wide wheel provides excellent stability, which is a big advantage for anyone just starting out. It rolls smoothly and easily across my carpet and it is effective at isolating the abs muscles as well as arm and lower back and sides.The included exercise sheet with routines and a schedule is a thoughtful addition that could be very helpful for beginners, even though I had my own routine already. I've been using it every other day and have confidence that it will hold up well.My only critiques are minor. The metal rod inside is hollow, and I did notice a very slight bit of flex during use. Additionally, the design of these rollers at this price point, where the steel rod rubs directly on the plastic wheel, means there will be some wear and tear over time. For continuous, long-term use, I would eventually look to upgrade to a more robust model with steel roller bearings to ensure greater durability.

Easy assembly and it feels sturdy! The handle bars do not screw on or stay on; the grips can come off the middle bar if your stance or grip goes too wide. Otherwise it works well!

Easy to assemble. Light, but sturdy. Since weight isn’t really a factor in the exercises you use an ab roller for, light weight is a plus, not a minus. Good price, rapid delivery, and it works well . In short, I’m very happy with it.
