Shipping Zone: We currently ship exclusively to the United States (domestic shipping only).

Shipping Cost: 100% Free Shipping on all orders across our entire store. There are no hidden fees, order minimums, or handling charges at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Transit Timelines
Our delivery timeline is broken down into two parts: processing time and transit time.

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (MST) — Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and verified within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays).

Transit Time: Once shipped, standard shipping transit takes 7–14 business days to arrive at your destination. Customers should expect to receive their order within 8–21 business days from the date of purchase.

Domestic fast shipping transit takes 2 days and customers should expect to receive their order within 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed.

As soon as your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to monitor your shipment's progress end-to-end every step of the way.
4. Delivery Issues & Damaged Shipments
