Legal notice

1. Assumption of Risk The Customer acknowledges that using equipment provided by CopperCanyonGear involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and death. By purchasing or using these products, the Customer voluntarily and expressly assumes all known and unknown risks, even those arising from the negligence of CopperCanyonGear or others.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer hereby forever releases, waives, and discharges CopperCanyonGear, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage. This release applies whether the harm is caused by:

• The use or misuse of the product;

• The negligence or "gross negligence" of CopperCanyonGear;

• Manufacturing or design defects;

• Breach of express or implied warranties.

3. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CopperCanyonGear against any and all legal claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) brought by the Customer or any third party (including family members or bystanders) arising out of the use of the equipment.

4. "As Is" Sale and Limitation of Damages All products are provided on an "As Is" and "With All Faults" basis. CopperCanyonGear disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall CopperCanyonGear's total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

5. Governing Law and Severability This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Arizona and/or the applicable State in any manner]. If any portion of this policy is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining sections shall continue in full force and effect.
